If your child is unsatisfied for any reason during the first 30 days or 6 hours (whichever comes first) of Private Tutoring or their Small Group Course, we will refund your money.
To be eligible, your child must a) be enrolled in Private Tutoring (PT) or a Small Group Course (SGC) (“Programs”) and b) attend at least one (1) full-length lesson (duration determined by Program) within one year of the Program’s purchase date. In the event your child is enrolled in both PT and an SGC, you must make any refund request(s) separately, by Program.
You acknowledge that by requesting a refund, you are also requesting removal of your child from their current Program. We encourage you to keep in touch with your Revolution Prep academic advisor, instead, and voice any concerns when you have them so we can make a better student-tutor match.
Is there a money-back guarantee for Tutoring and Homework Help?
No, there is not a money-back guarantee for Tutoring and Homework Help.
You can purchase Tutoring in 5-hour increments (less than 6 hours) and you can cancel your Homework Help membership at any time by calling our Customer Service team at (855) 849-7737.

10% must be redeemed in one transaction, and dollar amount cannot be split among multiple purchases.
New Revolution Prep (“RP”) students can redeem GC for $200 toward the purchase of Private Tutoring and Small Group Course packages of 12, 24, 36, or greater hours or 10 hours of Tutoring (minimum purchase requirement of $398).
10% is not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous purchases. 10% cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. 10% has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. 10% cannot be transferred. 10% is valid now, February 1, 2021, through February 26, 2021.
We occasionally invite schools to participate in discounts and/or special offers on our programs. These School Promotions are exclusive for families enrolled at participating schools and they cannot be transferred. School Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Discounts for School Staff & Military Personnel cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
Revolution Prime Policies
As of August 17, 2020, Revolution Prime Membership is no longer an available program. All active subscribers as of August 16, 2020 were converted into Homework Help subscription and provided with the same benefits as Revolution Prime Membership.
Homework Help Policies
Homework Help is available for students based in the United States. Homework Help is a subscription program, billed monthly on the same day of each month and is month-to-month. Subscriptions are purchased on a per-student basis and may be canceled at any time. If a Homework Help subscription charge is declined, the enrolled Customer will have 7 days to pay the balance of the unpaid subscription dues. If payment is not made on all unpaid dues by the 7th day, the Homework Help subscription will be canceled and if the customer wants to re-enroll in Homework Help at any time, Customer must pay the current listed retail price for the Homework Help program.
Homework Help is office hours style tutoring sessions available in the most common subjects every day. For a complete list of subjects, please visit www.revolutionprep.com/homeworkhelp. Revolution Prep strives to offer frequent session times in major subjects, and to provide a reasonably small group of students per tutor assigned. Revolution Prep cannot predict demand, but on an ongoing basis we will make adjustments to staffing levels for each subject to achieve this goal.
Homework Help subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal charge. Homework Help charges will not be refunded after the charge has been made. When a Homework Help subscription is canceled, the student will immediately lose access to Homework Help.

A+ Habits Policies
A+ Habits is available for students in grade levels 6 through early college.
A+ Habits is a per-student subscription service that is billed on a monthly basis (same day of each month) and is month-to-month. Enrolled A+ Habits students will receive one 1-hour session per week during the 30 days within the subscription monthly payment. The A+ Habits subscription may be canceled at any time.
Customers are responsible for canceling the monthly subscription to stop the billing process by contacting their Revolution Prep Academic Advisor. A+ Habits subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal charge. Refunds will not be issued after a charge has been made as we have already allocated a tutor’s time for the class. When an A+ Habits subscription is canceled, the student will immediately lose access to the A+ Habits program, though Customers may choose to end the subscription at the end of the billing period so that the enrolled student may have access to A+ Habits weekly sessions until the billing period concludes.
If an A+ Habits subscription charge is declined, the enrolled Customer will have 7 days to pay the balance of the unpaid subscription dues. If payment is not made on all unpaid dues by the 7th day, the A+ Habits subscription will be canceled and if the customer wants to re-enroll in A+ Habits, the Customer must pay the current listed retail price for the A+ Habits program.
We understand that schedules may change and that at some point you may need to change your weekly session time. Changes to course schedules can be made, but are not guaranteed. Requests to change the weekly session may take up to two weeks for processing. A+ Habits Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
Private Tutoring Policies
Revolution Prep private tutoring can be purchased in packages of 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 80, and 100 hours. The minimum purchase is a 12-hour package, which will incur a $199 enrollment fee. Packages of 24 hours or greater will have the enrollment fee waived.
Purchasing a private tutoring package reserves the time with the designated professional tutor. As such, all tutoring sessions will be scheduled prior to the start of the program, at times mutually agreeable to all tutoring clients and the Revolution Prep tutor(s). Therefore, refunds to private tutoring hours, unless it falls within our Tutoring Satisfaction Guarantee, are not available. Customers may request a store credit for any unused Private Tutoring Hours. Revolution Prep Store Credit may be used toward any Revolution Prep program, including those for another past, present, or future student. If hours are being transferred to another student, hours will be prorated at the time of transfer at the tutoring tier rate of the tutor assigned to the new student. Minimum purchase policies apply and any hours purchased below 24 will result in a one-time $199 enrollment fee.
Once tutoring sessions are scheduled, students are responsible for canceling scheduled tutoring sessions at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tutoring time and said requests must be made by directly contacting the tutor assigned to the session. If a student does not cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance, he or she will be charged in full for that session. If students do not attend any scheduled session, they are not entitled to a refund or individual make-up session.
As part of conducting the highest quality programs with every student, Revolution Prep’s Professional Tutors end each session 5 minutes before the appointed finish time. This is critical so that they can update each student’s goals, prepare parent update communication, and identify the best session materials for the following meeting with that student.
For programs that require tutors to work outside of session time on custom material, such as reviewing a student’s written work to provide feedback, reviewing and preparing for specific science laboratory design that is unique to that student’s class, or developing and conducting a custom course from scratch for that private tutoring student, tutors reserve the right to deduct tutoring hours for that custom preparation work. In those cases, tutors will contact the client ahead of time before performing that custom work and deducting the time.
Tutoring is purchased in increments of 5 hours for $199 total ($39.80 per hour) in a single subject with a specified professional tutor assigned in advance of the initial purchase. All subsequent purchases in Tutoring will be in 5-hour increments in the same subject with the same tutor as the initial purchase.
All sessions are delivered in 1-hour increments in the given subject. Up to two other students of the same subject assignment may join the same session.
Tutoring is completely self-scheduled. After purchase, students may schedule their sessions on their tutor’s calendar by visiting the “Schedule” tab of their Student Dashboard. It is highly recommended to schedule out all sessions with the Tutor immediately after purchase. If sessions are scheduled beyond the initial purchase of 5 hours, the credit card charged at initial purchase will be automatically purchased for another package of 5 hours as soon as the 5th hour from the previous purchase has been used. If a Student does not want to be billed beyond their purchase, simply do not schedule sessions beyond their paid for hours.
Students may purchase Tutoring in one or more subjects. Each subject requires a separate purchase of 5 hours with a professional tutor assigned in the subject selected at purchase. Purchases are unique to the subject and tutor. Therefore, if a student schedules beyond their initial purchase in the subject, they will automatically be billed for another 5 hours.
Once Tutoring sessions are scheduled, students are responsible for canceling scheduled Tutoring sessions at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled tutoring time and said requests must be made by visiting the student’s Revolution Prep Student Dashboard, clicking on the session, then clicking “Cancel Session” button. If a student does not cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours in advance, he or she will be charged in full for that session. If students do not attend any scheduled session, they are not entitled to a refund or individual make-up session.
Revolution Prep has the highest commitment to providing quality programs for every student. In rare circumstances, a professional tutor may need to be removed from a Tutoring assignment. Revolution Prep will rematch all impacted students with a professional tutor qualified in the subject and with similar availability.
There are no refunds or prorations permitted with Tutoring. All purchases of Tutoring are final. Hours paid for will always be available on the student’s dashboard.
Group Tutoring Policies
These policies apply to the following Revolution Prep products: Small Group Classes, Executive Functioning, Group Course, Small Group Course, and Graduate Level Courses.
Group Tutoring programs have various enrollment caps. Revolution Prep reserves the right to adjust the maximum number of student enrollments per course.
Students may enroll in a Revolution Prep Group Tutoring program up until the start date of the program. Revolution Prep reserves the right to cancel any Group Tutoring program. Factors outside of Revolution Prep’s control may affect session schedules. In such events, we do our best to schedule a convenient make-up class; however, we cannot guarantee a make-up session will be scheduled or that the make-up will fit the schedule of every student. In cases of entire course cancellation, affected families will be notified at least 5 days prior to the Group Tutoring program start date and Revolution Prep will work with the affected students to make arrangements into another Group Tutoring program. In rare instances, another Group Tutoring program may not be available to meet the needs of the student.
Group Tutoring enrollment cancellation or change requests must be made by the Customer prior to the Enrollment Change/Cancellation Deadline, which is two weeks prior to the start of any Group Tutoring program. Revolution Prep strives to provide the best quality experience possible for all of our customers, and to uphold this quality, we reserve our professional tutors’ time for an entire Group Tutoring program duration. As such, enrollment changes cannot be made after the Enrollment Change/Cancellation Deadline. After that point, a student’s enrollment is locked and their seat permanently reserved. Any request after the Deadline will not be reviewed or processed and there will be no prorating or refunds given due to late registration (registration made within or after the two weeks prior to the start date of a Group Tutoring program) or missed sessions. Refund requests made for students affected by a Group Tutoring program canceled by Revolution Prep may be made after the Enrollment Change/Cancellation Deadline.

Practice Exam Policies
In the event that a school or Revolution Prep cancels a special event practice test, all payments for this practice test are considered a donation to the hosting party or the organization of choice (determined by the hosting party) and are non-refundable. If requested, Revolution Prep will mail a practice test and scoring instructions to the student.
Refund requests may be submitted according to the policies outlined in the Revolution Prep product’s policies. Once refund requests have been submitted in writing, they will be reviewed to determine if they are in accordance with the enrolled product’s terms. If in line with the enrolled product’s terms, refunds will be processed on the card on file. Once requested, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process.
All sessions are recorded and may be viewed for quality assurance and training purposes. Upon special request, recordings of a session may be distributed to enrolled students in case of absence or review.

By becoming a Revolution Prep customer, you agree that you will not solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor, or permit any organization directly or indirectly controlled by you to solicit for employment, hire, or engage as an independent contractor, any person employed by Revolution Prep at any time during the term of Revolution Prep’s provision of services to you. Any additional services desired of a Revolution Prep employee may be requested through Revolution Prep at 1-877-738-7737.
Revolution Prep takes your privacy seriously, and we take strong measures to protect it. We may occasionally use your contact information to notify you of special offers and promotions and we honor email unsubscribe requests. Unsubscribe requests may take up to 72 hours for processing. You may receive an email within this time frame until your unsubscribe request has been processed. We don’t share the information you have given us without your permission to do so.
Revolution Prep does not release personal information to third parties; however, Revolution Prep may infrequently, if at all, contact you via mail on behalf of another company that we feel provides beneficial services in the areas of education and college preparation.
Information We Collect
We collect personally identifiable information from you when you purchase our products or services. Revolution Prep only requests information that we need in order for you to participate in the service (for example, your name and address) or pay for the service (credit card information). Your information will be saved as needed using standard, PCI compliant security methods. We do not share your credit card information with any third parties except to the extent needed to process your transaction.
We may track data on our customers in aggregate form. Such aggregated data does not uniquely identify you.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. We work with schools and institutions to provide our test preparation programs. Revolution Prep may share personally identifiable information that you provide to us through your participation in these school programs with your school, district and parents. In addition, your school may require us to share your information with others legally entitled to access your academic records, such as your state department of education.
To increase quality of instruction, Revolution Prep will share attendance records and practice test results with a student’s school counselor and/or the appropriate administration staff, who also have access to a student’s official test scores. Those with access to such records have agreed to maintain confidentiality. If statistics are released to non-authorized individuals, we will remove any identifying information.
Sharing of Information
The privacy of individual user data for school administrators, teachers, parents, and students is always respected and protected. We will never disclose, sell, or rent personal information that identifies any of our students without specific authorization to do so. Only the student, the teacher, the school administration, and the parent(s) have access to this information. Each school has agreed to maintain the confidentiality of this information. Revolution Prep retains the right to release aggregate performance information provided this information is not personally identifiable by district, school or individual students and teachers.
From time to time, we obtain lists of people who may be interested in our products and services from third-party marketing list suppliers. We use these lists to send direct marketing promotions. We do our best to only obtain these lists from suppliers who have opt-in policies for third-party marketing, but we are not responsible for the conduct and policies of these suppliers. Please note that even if you are a customer of ours and have asked us not to use the information you provided to us to send promotional material, a third-party marketing list supplier could still provide us with your name and address, in which case you will receive the promotional material sent by us to others on the supplier’s list.
Changes in Our Policy
Though we make every effort to preserve it, we cannot guarantee your privacy. Further, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on us or a law enforcement request.
